Cards are not yet delivered, but as I can see now, that cards are gonna be just normal plastic card with qr code of your wallet printed on it. And they are gonna get away with it, they will deliver cards and they can be used.

From million games only 1% is playable, many professional studios failed on game market. Do they think they will do better with a copy of other long forgotten game? There is already a pc wallet available for minexcoin. Just download it and store your mnx offline. No worries. If you are talking about web wallet integrated with minexpay cards to be available in pc offline, i don't think you make sense. If you pay with your crypto debit cards , usd or other equivalent currency in mnx needs to be debited from your account , in which case an offline wallet where you control your own private key won't be possible. So, it needs to be online.
