You made wrong interpretation of data.

Total supply of 6 million coins - all premined and mined coins till now

Max supply - maximum coins after mining is over - 19 millions (13 millions still have to be mined)

Circulating supply - coins on market at present day - 4.4 millions (rest to 6 millions is probably on parking in Minex bank)

BTW: on 3rd December 2017 MNX were valued at over $56 each. I suppose that is the main reason why the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev are so determined to carry on with the scam. They hope to pump the price in order to apply their exit strategy but the reality is MNX is at $2.06 as of today and falling as we speak. Once it falls below the $2 mark it will not recover and then start falling towards the $1.50 and then $1 mark.

When you have a delay, it's not a big problem  ,but when you do not finish anything which you made to yourself as a plan at the beginning of the year...

They are  cheap bunch of chiselers with limited ESOL.  Minex has intentionally  send them in the exact wrong direction and I got to say, I think that was a pretty great strategy. Boris has set up contracts with several banks and that group of thugs is all mad because they  don't know so far anything about those banks. All of them are in my ignore list.
