A problem with bitcoin checker android app : it doesnt refresh, sometimes

Hi, I have a problem with the app : bitcoin checker, i have android on (meizu m2 note, flyme)

the problem is, the app almost never refresh alone, whaterver is the time refresh set : 5 seconds, i have to refresh manually always.
Thus the alarm is never trigered...

do you know an other app that manage for poloniex and every cryptocurrencies that would work bettter ? or do you know how i can solve this problem (sometimes it refresh but very rarely, )
