That's a big NO. The ICO will just stop after the 37 days+ runs out. Even if it reaches $3,000,000 the ICO will continue. If you go back to their site, you can see that their 3rd Target is $1,000,000 - $3,000,000+ . So, the maximum amount to be raised is infinite as long as there are investors who want to invest. I hope I'd clarifies your inquiry

I see the target is 1m to 3m, so obviously it means the maximum cap is 3m usd. Not 1m, maybe the 1m in whitepaper is outdated.

That's not true at all. The sale is capped at 3 million USD. If it hits that, the sale immediately ends.

thats good but you should change the website cuz its says cearly "Target #3: $1,000,000 - $3,000,000+" one can only understand this as NO CAP.

Most people who knew about the project already bought today for the 20% bonus, the rest will come when they see how successful the ICO has been so far. This is the rates for GSM (Mobile).... the team plan to buy the licence to distribute SIP numbers (Voip/Landline).  I think they would love to move into GSM in the future.

i know what you mean about the waves, after a year it began to rise , and now while its rising is not smart to sell it now    its now more then 60 cents
