It would be cool to have a thread here to talk about the bet that Loaded and Roger Ver are (maybe) doing.

This is one of the biggest bets in history. We are talking about 60,000 BTC, potentially 140,000 BTCs.

I believe BTC will win because BU is a total disaster and it will crash, so people will dump BTU for BTC.

Do you think Roger Ver will take this bet? he has not signed his BTCs yet.

Oh my god that is a lot of bitcoin they are wagering if ever it was true! Damn, how could a single person even hold that much bitcoins, maybe the guy is actually satoshi? Or some of the really early users of bitcoins. That is a lot of money to bet on something, are they really serious about this? This might be the largest bet in history of bitcoins.

yes it's a serious bet, the user loaded has 40k btc in his wallet.

I don't think so, Ver is not stupid, BU situation is dire, it won't be supported in its current buggy state.
Roger Ver has not accepted anything yet, nor he will, he has simply expressed interest.

Talk about putting your money where your mouth is, at least someone has the money and the guts to try to make such a bet, the bet will probably not happen but what a way to show your support for bitcoin by betting that huge amount of coins.

Roger knows his stand on this thing, I bet it that he isn't going to take that offer from Loaded. He knows what his BTU is for and he knows that this offer isn't going to give him benefit but instead lost. So, I really doubt that Roger is going to take this offer, if so then most of us will be happy, because it might make the price pump.
