Hi Community,

today i played again on Bitcasino.io like often.

After i made some Winnings, i realized that the Bonus (25% on deposit) i should get for my deposit from 0.07BTC is impossible to reach.
I should Bet in complete, to get the Bonus from Bitcasino.io 25.69BTC[/b] which correspondents dents to 24.500 €. analyzing the Bonus section there was seeable for me as customer:

Beginning:

Locked Bonus funds: 17,5mBtc
Real locked funds: 70mBtc

After i stopped playing:

Locked Bonus funds: ~29mBtc
Locked real funds: ~118 mBtc

..

So i decided to Stop the bonus and lose the bonus funds right away to get my real funds unlocked for every Casino on the Live Table, because before it was not possible to play everywhere.
After i checked the bonus conditons and again analyzed the bonus page i realized the bonus funds of 29 and my real funds like before which are locked, as you can see upstairs   .

So i deactived the Bonus. Following is happing.

Locked Bonus funds: Set to 0
Locked Real funds: Set to 70 ~118mBtc before?

So after complaining with the Support of Bitcasino they told me they will check the issue with the Management and gave me the Information:
"Locked real funds and Locked real Bonus funds are lost after deactivating the Bonus. U can download the log from the support below.

So why i still have 70 ? The System shows me that i have locked funds before from 118mBtc.

48 mbtc are Missing from the Winnings




Also very important is that the bonus funds are not possible to play with.
So my Winnings i made - Are only by setting my "Real Locked funds" from the Deposit of 0.07BTC from the beginning.

They have been warned about locking accounts because of bonus crossing the line there.
I would avoid all their casinos in that line up.

This kind of situation does really happen to a site when commonly a player crosses its bonuses If this would happen to me I wont play again to this site because its already indicating that playing to it would be risky when you done or accomplish this kind of event and also this thread should be on scam accusation? Waiting for their response will be best idea for now and actually you have to post scam accusation thread in Scam Accusation board not here.

Will have a close eye on your issue, till than i will also stop playing in bitcasino.

So what? I have no problem in betcoin, and betcoin didn't refuse to pay that jackpot to that winner, the case is that betsoft refused to pay the jackpot. In the end, betcoin offered a decent fee to him by their own pocket. You can find more betsoft's non-payment of jackpot before this case.

You took a bonus, Im not sure what the problem is man, if you activate it you have to clear the bonus wagering requirements which isnt much if you only took the 25% before you can unlock your balance. I use these alot there and never have any issue like you. But then again I follow the wagering requirements and they are not a scam in that regards. When I clear wagering requirements I request payout and I receive within a couple minutes.

I think what happened to OP is that when he finally decided to not get the bonus, he tried to gamble the locked bonus amount. Generally, in every casino, the bonus is the last to be used up in your balance. So when OP tried to gamble the locked funds, he was not actually gambling the bonus funds but he was gambling his own funds. Hence when he cancelled the bonus the true amount showed up.

That appears normal. When you request to forfeit a bonus, all winnings are forfeited. (but if lose, you will lose from the real money. Don't take bonus unless you really intend to complete or lose it.)

And this is why I usually try to avoid casino's that give me a deposit bonus automatically when they have such high rollover reqs.
Though, with the numbers you're giving, it seems like there must be an error, as the user above me pointed out.

I do not really see what he went through to the site Bitcasino.io, because he has not provided much evidence of fraud that he experienced btcasino.io gambling sites, so I think you should give a more detailed breakdown of all this is to clarify all people about this.

Afaik bitcasino doesn't give deposit bonuses automatically, on my first time making a deposit on their casino I didn't cancelled out any bonuses before playing

Yeah it should be 17.5 because if it increased to 29 the total amount required to unlock the bonus would also increase.

The Problem i have with Bitcasino is very simple - The User cannot see, the difference between locked real fund and locked real bonus funds.  I want to warn the Community from my Experience!

If u Forfeit a Bonus its possibile for the Company, cause of the Terms& Cond.  to delete all locked real funds - Even if u dindt played a round/ Your Bitcoins are not confirmed so far/ or u just want to play in every Gaming Section and thats why u deleting the Bonus


So its very Simple. The Bonuses form Bitcasino.io are to grab the Gamblers Attention. And the scammy try to make a legal fraud about your btc.

You just outed yourself as manager/owner of the betcoin.ag scam, because only they could know that Betsoft did not pay!
