so my miner found a block, im wondering how much of that block i actually recieved since i found it. im part of a pool any help please

That entirely depends on the pool's payout method, fees, etc.  The pool itself should provide that information on their website or may have an informational thread on this board.

However all pools will divide up the block rewards between all miners based on some sort of scheme.

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Comparison_of_mining_pools -- Read that as it gives a run down of the most common reward systems used and has information on most of the popular pools.

Depends on how much work you did towards finding that block. If you did 60% of the shares you'll get 60% of it. I'm not sure of the total amount of shares in a block however, that generally seems to be how it works.
