Indeed OP was advertising a scam casino in the past but seems that he is not advertising it anymore. He could not even help above issue as he only advise Doell to contact support, means that he is not even a part of the site IMO.
We cant make scam accusation if we have no valid proof againts the casino, lets see if Doel can provide proof that he is on the right side. There are really some restriction and its quiet funny to think even those countries are included on the list ,I do believe also that USA is the place on where its usually banned from gambling sites. If thats the case that they block indonesia then try to use vpn i know it would really work out because you do already changed your IP and bypass the restriction.

You should ask your referrer to open scam accusation, or you can make it on behalf of him. Accusing them just by saying like this will not change anything, once you provides us with sufficient proof = you help the community to stay away from a scammer.
