So I got a Trezor to store BTC and Dash, but i wanted to buy some LiteCoin and Ripple

I see the Electrum wallet but it would be installed on my computer.

So my question is, do i have to get a new computer that has never been online before to store Litecoin?
download the wallet on a USb and then install on the new comp?

sorry for the newbie question Smiley

Was wondering the same thing about all of these other alt coins (ripple etc) how would I store them safely offline?
Or is there no need to? I dont feel safe leaving them on my laptop

Wow, you really care about your security.

I'm not sure if there are any decent hardware wallets for Litecoin.  I think Ledger devices might offer compatibility but I can't remember so do check.

If you hold it on your laptop it should be fine as long as you back up your storage regularly and don't go on any dodgy sites.  If you're holding a really large amount of Litecoin it might be practical to buy an old computer to only use for that purpose and keep it somewhere safe, as it wouldn't be too large an amount of your money.

This is your best option.

Though I would say that it is very unlikely that an offline only computer would be infected by a carefully used USB stick.
