 I am getting 177 satoshi per hour for example, I started early with 196 like a week ago. Why is it dropping constantly?

I believe the Satoshi reward fluctuates according to the Bitcoin price. And maybe some other reasons, I wouldn't know.

On topic... A few days ago I hit my first lucky number above the default. It was only a couple hundred / thousand Satoshi win (can't remember exactly) but it felt good.

Actually, it's more likely that one legit user has mutliple accounts. Not something we condone but hard to police. The FreeBitco.in admins don't gain anything but posting here daily. And the reward wetsuit offer does provide incentive for long time lurkers and first time posters to create an account and make the post.

When I don't win in a normal lottery I don't call them liars - chance of winning highest prices must be low for the business to be profitable for the one who is organizig it - if it won't be there will be no faucet to give anything to anyone. I've played almost 1 300 free rolls when statically I should win a highest price once in 10 000 rolls (as I wrote I won 20$ once). Of course it's not guaranteed that I will win - I can play 100 000 rolls and never win and I have the same chance of winning 1st price twice in a row. That's how it works.
