As it is  generaly ability to edit clocks with PBE I would rather bet on voltages
Many of cards have hardcoded limit and even if I set any value in PBE it isn't used .

I would like to know how to change voltage in Hex?

Can anyone give any hints?
Maybe tutorial or course?

I started with:

But I am stuck while I want to change voltage etc..
