hi I have 2 pending tranactions that I'm spose to be receiving but they've been there for over a week and theyre still pending
what do I do , how haven't I received them yet

We need more information to know what's going on.
Who's paying you and what are the transaction IDs should be a good start.

There are no transactions to this address. Are you sure this is correct? Are you able to have the sender rebroadcast the transactions? It is likely that they have been forgotten by nearly all nodes over the course of the week. Can you please also post the transaction ids of your transactions, not just the addresses involved.

There do not appear to be any pending transactions.  Either you are being lied to and the transactions aren't being sent, or the transactions have insufficient fees and they are being dropped from the network.

Ask the sender to re-broadcast the transaction, and ask the sender what the transaction ID is.
