Hey,

the Win Client should be able to give an error indicating he has no irc communications.
Not just crash and leave the user with no clue

(MCaffee was blocking outgoing irc)

The client can now run without irc.  -noirc -dnsseed as options, FWIW.  Crashing is surprising and unexpected though. Is it possible that mcaffee was crashing it because it tripped some mcaffee rule?
