Just installed 95.1 over 94.1 after reading in the FAQ this:
How Do I Upgrade Armory Without Deleting My Wallets And Settings?
No special process is needed to upgrade Armory. Simply download the latest version and install it. The wallets and settings are kept separate from the executable files, so they will be untouched through a reinstall cycle
My installation is in the E: directory
I get the error in the title and black window stays open on the desktop with the last line similar to the title of this post.  I restarted the PC restarted armory, same error.  Uninstalled 95.1, restarted PC, reinstalled 95.1, same error.  Uninstalled 95.1, installed 94.1 again, seems OK but I haven't tried any transfers yet.  Is there a cure?

Go to the Armory data directory (by default it is in %appdata/Armory on windows) and delete the folder named databases then start Armory.

Would this file reside in C or E drive when the installation is on E?  Reason is I can't find the file you are referring to, & searched for it a number of ways...(this is a win 10 installation)  Any tips finding it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

If you did not change any settings regarding the location of Armory's data directory, then the folder will be on your C drive. It is typically at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Armory.

OK I see that appdata is not indexed by Windows 10 search- one of the reasons I was unable to find it.  I renamed databases to databasesold, uninstalled armory 94.1, installed 95.1 and all appears to be well, though I haven't tried a transfer yet.  Thanks for the help.  May want to add instructions to delete that file on the FAQ page though...
