I have problem with powerbet.io. My account balance is more than 9 BTC and they don't allow me to pay out my bitcoins.
I am unable to withdraw funds because my account has been flagged for investigation regarding "kind off" multi-accounting suspicion.
Powerbet explanation:
Regarding the investigation duration, unfortunatelly it's a rather lenghty one since your betting activity is almost identical with the activity of a large number of players, most of the bets being placed on minor leagues.
Since we have to annalyze each of this accounts in order to clearly establish any possible associations, at this point we cannot give you a rigourous estimation on the investigation end.
Investigation regarding multi-accounting is fiction. I am not related with any other player, I do not share my bets, and I do not know any other person, who is playing in powerbet.io, as the BTC and Sportsbook of BTC is not very popular in my region.
I heard if there is any suspicion about multi-accounting, bookies immediately close account till investigation will finish. But in my case I am unable to withdraw, but other actions for me is allowed. I can bet, I can deposit funds e.t.c. It seems they wait till I will lose all my account balance. Win-win situation for them. This fact proves that multi-accounting is only a figment.
I have provided all requested documents for ID verification. Powerbet.io do not answer to my e-mails. I am unable to withdraw since 13th March.
I have suspicion that Powerbet.io simply do not want to pay out my funds, and that is all. I did not break any terms and conditions of powerbet!
Does anyone can suggest me how to solve this problem?
Wait, and be patient. I see alot of other scam reports popping up about this sportsbook. It would be best to avoid them completely in the future, and use one of their competitors. If you could provide some more proof in the form of screenshots tx/ids of deposits, a DT2 member might be able to tag PowerBet.io.
