Given the current uncertainty related to the validity of bitcoin itself in India, it is better to  wait for decision to come from Govt of India. There are some great exchanges like localbitcoin, coinsecure, pocketbits.in, btxindia where you could to the trading.
You could also look for altcoins trading as well. However it is more volatile thus profit and losses will be great.

The only sensible thing I would advice you would be to hire someone who does this for a living. You - by the looks of it - understand very little about trading, let alone trading in Bitcoins. I could be wrong, so feel free to intervene and correct me.

Your options are to fund various profitable small businesses and MSME's (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and let them work for you. Its a risk but it's the safest risk.

And be away from gambling coz gambling will never give you profit just will take you to loss.. You can also buy bitcoin once it is below 70,000 INR and sell once its high. 500$ with 5000$ investment would be too much risky as the market might get down and u might loose it .
well if you are an indian i would suggest you to do fixed deposit of a considerable amount of money and then the left of them do it bitcoin, it will give you a lot of profit in the long run.

Considering he present situation in India the best is to keep with yourself or in bank but not invest in any cyprocutrency or Btc at the moment .
