How do I figure out my hashrate? It's only measured in SOL's. I'm trying to calculate using a profitability calculator and I don't know how many megahashes/hashes I'm pumping.

What miner are you using?, i assume that u use nheqminer ,then your sols is your hash/s , if you are using claymore it show your hashrate in hashes so i don't think u use it.

try above ^^^ Zcash mines in terms of h kh then MH to hit 1 mh you need a shit loud of GPUS running ...

one card mines in terms of H/Sol, four cards should hit 1 KH or higher, you may need 20 GPU's to hit 1 MH . so if you have 4 cards and it looks some thing like 1023 sol  that would be 1023 H or 1.023 KH in the calculator, hope that helps ..

this is just a example at explaining it ... you actually need more then 20 gpu"s to hit 1  MH  AMD cards, can't say with Nvidia they mine the same in terms but at a higher speed , to me cost to much to be worth the trouble but that's a debate thing and your not asking that ...beside i won't debate it ..

https://forum.z.cash/t/what-are-i-and-sols/4320

1 Hash per second (1 H/s) is equal to 1 Solution per second (1 Sol/s)

1 H/s  is 1 Hash per second or Solution per second ( they just gave it a new name ).
1 kH/s is 1,000 hashes per second (sometimes mistakenly written KH/s).
    1 MH/s is 1,000,000 hashes per second.
    1 GH/s is 1,000,000,000 hashes per second.
    1 TH/s is 1,000,000,000,000 hashes per second.
    1 PH/s is 1,000,000,000,000,000 hashes per second.

You should definitely overclock that card. I'm using this mining software:
