This is pretty amazing. This guy somehow nailed it and is now 200% up at least. He somehow saw how the simplicity of Litecoin would be it's killer app. Im not sure if he is aware of segwit and he predicted how segwit would fail for Bitcoin and Litecoin had higher chances at getting it activated and moving a lot of capital there, but in any case, this man went all in and he's now making some killer gains.

Yeah, I saw it last week. He said he hadn't sold the house yet, and wanted to see the price of Litecoin drop so he could buy it cheaper. I have not seen the latest videos though, maybe he made some progress on that.

That's unfortunate. If he managed to sell his house, depending on how his house is and I assume it's a modest one, but it would still have delivered some killer gains, at least half a million USD for a decent house.

I dont know he made a bold decision or a silly decision, now litecoin price is moving slowly if his predcition is right then he can buy another house and get a huge amount of profit when litecoin price moving up and I believe there is a chance that litecoin can go up, but it is too much risk to bet your house

Basiccally yes you are investments on house and land are profitable for long time the price will be increasing in the future
i think he sell the house to buy litecoin because wanna make investments for short time investments

I think it's a risky decision, but it looks like he's aware of what he's doing. At least Litecoin is a more stable currency, unlike most P & D schemes.

Make sure he was publishing it on 16 Sep 2016, The charts say if the price of litecoin still on 0.008 - 0.007 range, it means if he was selling his house and he hasn't made a good profit from there.

Yes, it is not a good decision to sell one's property just to be able to buy some cryptocurrency this one it is Litecoin. Well, if he went crazy and really sold his house and bought many LiteCoin before it rose in value he could have already realized some profits but he hesitated anyway. Generally, this is already considered as gambling and in gambling you either win or you lose. I would never sell any of my property just for the sake of getting into any coin. We could work online and make some money and invest in some coins we like and love...and that is fine.

Good decision on his part,he must have analyze the current situation,that is why he takes the risk,we can call him a risk taker for doing that and ne manage to make a profit out of it,hope he can build or buy a new house now that he doubled his investment.

I cant believe someone will consider a decision to sell house to buy Litecoin. If he really decided to sell a house this is really a risks in your entire life. Not sure if your investments will earn double or triple the amount. Good thing, he hasnt sell yet.

Moves like this are actually the same as gambling. If you put all your eggs in one basket you can score big yes, but if it drops you are bleeding money you actually need.

I think it was quite clear 3-4 usd range was the lowest litecoin was going to go, so thinking about going big into it at that point is not that strange though.
