I was reading https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/MyBitcoin_SCI and it says to download the SCI toolkit, but gives no link, and neither does mybitcoin, nor could I find it on google.
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
