It will be possible to invite friends also, but in the first 1-2 week I would like to give the opportunity to bitcointalk members, as Ive already got so many messages and I have around 3 BTC for the first 2 weeks campaign, once I reach this limit, I'm gonna stop for 2-3 days to reload my wallet (have a lot more from still from that 3 btc now, so im still happy for everyone who joins!) . What do we need when registering? credit card and drivers licences and a selfie?

what the op trying to say is that one account for one ip address only. to avail the 700k satoshis, you need to register under his referral link. to be able to get that, you need to direct message him or send email to him. no need to deposit. but if you will deposit, you will be given by the op an extra payment other than tat 700k sats..
