Even if those were real, you can A, never proof it, and B, it is nowhere near the prices of the current market.
I know people who sell views for 0.1$ per 1000. I'd suggest you to lower your prices if you want to make any sales. Good luck nonetheless.
Those 1000 views for 0.1 dont worth a sh*t. Let me explain why. In order that youtube pays you the views should stay at least 30 sec in a video,you can get up to 1 $ for 40 views. Those views that you say,they dont stay a single second so the arent worth anything

Adrolls are almost always before a video. Users don't need to stay for 30 seconds.
Also 1$ per 40 views = a CPM of 25$, which is extremely high and something i have NEVER seen before, and if that was true, i wonder why you want to sell these views.
0.4$ for something that can make you a $? seems very unprobable.
+ How do you know these views are not from users that will stay for 30 seconds? How long are your users going to stay if they're real?
