Can this be real? If it's real, how high would it go? If it's fake, would it still go up? When will people find out whether it is fake?

GRS was on poloniex before and removed because of low volume, GRS is the third coin to be updated to 0.13 codebase with segwit enabled and GRS has the help of psychoticboy to get GRS listed , there is a good chance it will happen.
