Lol admin won't ban anyone just because he breaks a promise of trust because there is no such rule. At best you can ask DT members to give him neg ratings and that would ruin his account.

If its not trading and gambling then it can be a hyip ?  Many people sells money making E-books which are just a waste of time also as their method are mostly MLM and do not work without referrals.
