Hi all. I've an issue with my poloniex account. Once logged in, the site redirects me to the profile page.

I've tried to click every link.
I've tried to login with phone, same issue.
I've tried poloniex.com/clearLocalStorage.

Thanks all in advice

I'm not sure If they ever ban users but It could be the case? If you can't speak in the chatbox then try to make another account and speak to moderators there, they might help you out. If that doesn't work too, then contacting the support team using email is your last choice.

Thats good that your issue was solved already. Too avoid repeated answers from different users which is not necessary kindly lock the thread from the lower left of the thread "lock topic" as easy as that. Regards.

PM me for lock thread, i don't know the benefit. Maybe some people that encounter an issue like mine can talk here.

I think its better to lock this thread because this thread may get full with signature spammer's useless comments. If there will be similar issues with other users they will create separate thread to discuss about their problem.
