I'm having trouble moving my coins to a new wallet.

I had Armory 0.93.3 running on core 0.14 on Ubuntu x64 and couldn't send. I got the message ""Minimum Transaction Fee Is Too Large" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1854080.msg18445733#msg18445733

goatpig told me to try core 0.12+ but not 14 and Armory 0.95.1. I installed core 0.13.2 and Armory 0.95.1 on Windows 7 x64 and synced it. But now there is a new error: tx broadcast timed out. The explanation said the fee may have been to low so I tried upping it alot, but I still get the same message. Even after getting a warning about sending with too high fee.

Is there hope? What is my next move?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Grab the raw tx and broadcast through BitcoinQt to get a better error message.

 Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

How embarrassing, when trying to broadcast on bitcoin-qt I noticed I had lost internet connection. I reconnected and got the coins sent via Armory with the recommended 0.0038 fee. Waiting for the first confirmation now.

Sorry for noobing up the forum, I'll make a small donation when the coins are safe in my new wallet.

Thank you for your patience and for sharing your amazing knowledge.

Don't sweat it, I prefer users fixing what's wrong on their own than being left to figure it out. Glad to hear it's working.
