Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

To export a private key from your Satoshi bitcoin-qt client:

launch your bitcoin client as usual and wait for it to load the blockchain and start up
click on 'help' in the menu bar (top right)
click on 'debug window'
select the 'console' tab
type: walletpassphrase "your walletpassphrase here" 600
type: dumpprivkey [your Bitcoin address here]
this will return the private key, you can copy it now; ensure you clear your clipboard/history afterwards
type: walletlock

Why would you want to delete your private keys? either use them by storing bitcoins in them or don't use them, if you are not going to store any coins in any private key why worry about them?

Yes, just delete the wallet.dat file.  That will delete the private keys from Bitcoin Core.

If you retain an off-line backup, you can recover them later.

If you want to delete specific private keys, no, it is not possible. Bitcoin Core does not provide this functionality because it is a very good way to shoot yourself in the foot and lose a lot of money.

If you want to delete all of the private keys in a wallet, you can delete the entire wallet.dat file.
