Just put my first mining rig together and having issues...I can not get all 5 cards to show up.

Using Asrock Fatality 970 board
5x Power Color RX 480 8Gb GPU's with 4 power risers and one on the board
Windows 7 platform.

I have switched all the cards around and risers to ensure it is not one of those things.  Even installed each card in my personal computer and they all work...
For some reason when I try to load up the mining rig, one card out of the 5 (completely random!) has issues and Control Panel shuts down with "Code 43" Error.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this and get the last board up and running?  Was thinking of updating to Win 10 to see if that fixes it but wanted to see if there was a fix out there before I try that.

I was able to get a 5th gpu to work in Windows 7 using the patch above. However, getting a 6th card to work was just not possible.

Moved to Windows 10 and everything worked post install without any crazy patches. Just save yourself time and go to Windows 10

You can't get 6 to work with Windows 7 because you need the newer AMD drivers to use the RX series.

Its fine for R9 280X and older GPUs however.
