But OP didn't stated that Red Trust Members cannot join his signature campaign...

There are a lot of people (of course trusted people) who willing to become escrow. Just look on this section for their ANN thread.
It's very simple, just tell them how much money you will send to them and for what (of course funds for your campaign), then ask their fee, and tell them to post on here with sign a message once they already received your money.

It would be a better idea if you let lesser rank people into this with lesser pay, you may get more output from that. I don't think any hero or legendary member will try for your campaign..
