Looking for a virtual bank account that I can use to verify my PP using LOGIN details. I don't want to wait 2-3 days and confirm via deposit.

What are you offering? I have a Huntington Bank account I can let you use. You can't have the account, but I believe it would serve its intended purpose

I'd need possession of the account since you probably wouldn't like what I plan to do with it

EDIT: Need security questions too, so hacked doesn't work to the best of my knowledge, you need someone to create an account for you or sell you an already established account where you can transfer your paypal funds and withdraw/receive other funds.
If my guess is right, which country do you need, i can create some account for you in Germany or teach you how you can do this by yourself.
