Hello guys,

After getting a lot of dust transactions from p2pool and the fee's being even higher than the amount i was earning i decided to create a private pool.
Currently we're only a few friends, but i hope to change this, we are mining outside of the standard p2pool network.
It may take some time to find a block or we may get lucky, i just thought i should share this with others Smiley

There is two ways you can connect to the pool the first is to just simply configure you're miner to mine at http://ventura.totalirc.net:9327/ with you're litecoin address as username.
There is also another node that you can use as backup if the first one is down (not really likely), http://home.totalirc.net:9327/ with you're litecoin address as username

The other way will be provided to users that have at least been joined for a week or two with an ok mining rate, this method would allow you to connect you're own p2pool node to the network, currently 2 nodes are interconnected, but this will be handled in private messages.

EDIT: until there is a high enough local hash rate i feel it would be best to have it connected to the regular p2pool network, i will keep people updated, thanks for all your input Smiley

Yes, unfortunally some people mine at different times, so i have yet to see any luck in that regards. Until the local hash rate is higher i will keep it connected to the regular pool, this way people can still get paid within a timely manner.

Hi DjMadness, i would like to know how did you set up p2pool to be disconected from the global p2pool. I sent you a pm too.
Thanks in advance!

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.
