I have around 7 btc that I need in my bank or in cash by sunday, what would be the fastest way of doing this?  I can't do paypal, because it can take like 3-4 days to go from paypal to your bank.  I can't do mtgox bank transfer because my bank is validating right now then it also says theres a week delay on those there.  I'm thinking campbx direct bank transfer, how long do those take?  Thank you.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Thanks for the recommendation.  To the OP you would need to use the BANK WIRE payment option.  ACH is usually 3 business days but we can't guarantee it would post by close of business on Friday.  You should check with your bank to verify the CORRECT routing number for bank wires (some banks use a different routing number than checks/ACH) to avoid delays.  We will provide you a quote before you send your coins and with a bank wire funds will post to your account the same day, usually within a few hours, (next business day if after 4PM EST, on weekend, or on a bank holiday).

Where are you located?

If you are a reasonable drive from Chicago, I might be willing to meet up with you and hand you cash for the bitcoins.  Can't get much faster than cash.

If you aren't near Chicago, you might see if someone else near you would be willing to exchange cash:

You're quite welcome!

OP, if you select PayPal and wait until Saturday to transfer the funds to your bank account they will be there Monday morning. Also, all of my PayPal withdrawals have been in the bank in 2 business days if you initiate the withdrawal early in the day

Mt.gox is reputable.  Bitcoins are up to over $145.32 per coin over there.

And how long is the Dwolla validation likely to take?

And how is he supposed to get the balance to clear his bank by Sunday?

CoinBase.com

I suspect that Coinbase will have the same problem as MtGox and Paypal.  Specifically, that the account validation will take to long and the finds won't clear the bank by Sunday.

I do realize he said by Sunday but no banks are open on Sunday. He could still do PayPal this morning and have the funds by Saturday or he could wait until Saturday to transfer the funds and have it by Monday if that is an option for him

Try exchanging to LibertyReserve or similar other non-crypto e-currency and then use one of many exchangers that can send it to you by Western Union or Moneygram. (higher fees, but sometimes you have it the same day)
