getting dollars onto BTC-E is near impossible, I'm trying to buy a bitcoin from Mt.Gox then transfer to BTC-E but that's taking forever too because of the time it takes to transfer money to dwolla and to get verified on mt.gox.

I'm just getting a little impatient.

Agreed, with on exception, you have to wait for Verification on Mtgox (last I heard, there are about 10-20,000 people in line for that).

However, he's not offering much of a premium for this service, which is probably why no one wants to do it.

In any case you are below the current market price, and asking the seller to take more risk then just selling it at market.
