The campaign manager needs to merge users from the old thread with new members.

The two mistakes in your campaign that menace users from applying!

You should put these details in header of this thread that you will pay the members for their last week work which were accepted in previous campaign .
Keep your spreadsheet update frequency quick to let applicants know who among them are accepted and who should wear the signature.

Has he already paid for round one? No fund in escrow, and your salary is not escrow, I think it is dangerous. Don't forget the most experienced manager Luptin was scammed by the opair scammer twice, Lauda was scammed once too.

Yes the manager do not need to kick out all of the members from the campaign he have to respect the participants who are already working for the campaign. The new decision is also not bad but with it the participants lost their wages for their efforts.
