Actually No one can help you here to give back the money you have on your account, only powerbet.io can do and if they dont respond to your support tickets and emails then thats it, powerbet's account here will be tagged only to warned others that its too risky to store money on that site. So what's the conclusion here ? Your issue is resolved or still your money is stuck ? As far as I know they will give you the money in your account but only time they will cause problems is when you request the withdrawal.Please try requesting the withdrawal and update us.

What exactly is the difference between your money is not stated in the balance and your money is stated in the balance but you can not withdraw it?

I have sufficient info and documents to file criminal complaints at the police or start a court case if required, but I personally think that they will simply process your withdrawal, because everything else will become unlike more expensive for them.
