Where are you from? why dont you try out localbitcoins? Theres plenty there who would be willing to accept you as newbie for 7 usd.

I would like to help you do this if you like to send first to me.
But would need to know how much in paypal you would be paying for this $7?
I can not do less than 34% because it is such a small amount to send and the $0.58 transaction fee to send from the wallet where i hold the coins I use to sell would be a major loss to me if I did this for less than this.
