Your referral active or not, i guess your referral is not active because their system will calculate automatically if you has check your referral have made a deposit then you can complain to their support agent.

very curious how this one ends? for first thing i would certainly check the addresses from where they were sent and where they went? it has happened very frequent lately that the copy and paste virus has taken alot of peoples BTC so taking care is an absolute! next if they tally up? then why did this actually happen? i find it hard to think that bitsler.com would blatantly make a mistake and not correct it if they were aware of it! on the other hand if its user instigated then its more often then not a simple lack of following the rules or reading them in the first place!

I think you should come to bitsler's topic or bitsler's website, then ask for help from their supports, make a topic here won't solve that problem,their supports will give a reason why you got that problem and the solutions too. So , hope you find the solution soon, good luck !

There must be a valid reason why your referral income got lost. Send a personal message to one of the admins, they respond and take action as soon as they read your inquiry. And make sure to indicate precisely what happened and why it got lost so they can address your issue right away. The admin (Baryom) is always online, just wait for his reply because sometimes he wouldn't respond that quick but he really does answer though. Hopefully all goes well to you and gets resolved soon.

If you have a problem you should speak sense and give a very good explanation and idea about it. Noone knows what you are saying and cannot helo you. Why must anyone assist you if this is the level of explaining you use ?

Why talk to us ? Email and message the website. Find a worker who is on the forum and on him. I don't even understand your problem . Refs don't disappear unless they stop playing. Or are you saying the money you got from a ref is gone ? Please be clear or you just annoy people.

why is that happened? are you sure that you have the correct referral link because as you said it has not reflected right? anyway, i think you should make the move in contacting bitsler support or pm baryom. he can assess you with that and he will definitely try to look for a solution to your problem.

Baryom already know this, he even reply to the thread, so the only solution is to follow him and email him, it will be sorted out for sure as bitsler now is like the fastest growing dice site already. They will not ruin their reputation on just ref earnings.

Not quite sure exactly what your problem is, but did you go to the affiliate tab and actually withdraw your earnings? Commission is a separate balance until you withdraw it to your normal balance, so it wouldn't show up on the balance displayed next to the Withdraw/Deposit buttons.

No, you keep the commission earned even if they gamble once and never bet again.

IIRC BetKing in it's early days refused to pay out commissions to BAC I believe because he got his commissions by registering a similar domain that redirects. It hurt their reputation a bit, just over ref earnings.

Just trying to damage one's reputation is another thing and if you actually faced this isue why haven't you contacted Baryom ? If you have contacted him at least tell us what's the reply he gave you.

Try to see your stats or in your withdrawal history maybe you played it or you place a wrong addy and sent it there thats why you cannot see your referral earning reflects on your own wallet. But if there's no transaction pasted yet you may try to contact baryom or post on bitsler thread so that you can get some clarification on your missing reff earnings.

Did you lost your active referral from your referral list or you lost income from them?
You have to explain your situation in proper way with understandable English. If your primary language is not English try to make use of google translator.

His referrals don't need to be active for him to be able to withdraw his referral income, because he earned that referral income when his referral signed in into his link in bitsler in the first place. Maybe it is just some minor bugs of that site, and contacting their support is the best idea, for you to have more accurate answer on what is the right thing to do to get this referral income of yours.

Without any proper evidence, no one is going believe people statements on this forum. He might have lost some money may due to his negligence like not protected his account with 2fa feature. People start using 2fa feature to protect your account details and money. Anyway, Bitsler has gained lot of trust from this community within very short period.

The best way try to ask question in admin of bitsler because they know about your problem
And try to look for your referral if valid  as of now or maybe your referral is suspended
