Win XP - ATI/AMD cheat sheet

I found this cheat sheet while searching the net to solve a problem with XP.  I was not successful in getting my own problem worked out, I did find a link to a cheat sheet that might help someone else

I understand in certain situations they will permit guiminer to see the gpu - this has not been the case with me however.
