1) Send a good number of LTC to your account at btc-e.com.  (This involves some risk, but they have huge volume, many happy customers, and amazing low commissions)
2) Convert LTC to BTC using this market (sell LTC/ Buy BTC)
3a) Send the BTC to MtGox ASAP (BTC is currently almost $16 less at btc-e than Gox)
3b) The extra fee for sending out is only ~$1.38 for up to 500BTC  (total = less than $1.50 NOT per coin, but that's the total for all)
3c) You make more than enough to cover the fee.
4a) Sell your BTC for big buck at Gox
4b) Optional: Buy back some over the weekend, and send to btc-e, to get your LTC back, and a great profit

exactly!  There are huge arbitrage opportunities between currencies, cryptocoins, markets, pools, etc.  Anyone that is pounding the table for 1 or a few coins is an idiot as there is more money to be made by identifying these opportunities and jumping on them before anyone else.

Thank you for the tips.

I will lose all my LTC this way. I think my LTC will be worth $10 a piece when they hit MtGox. So why not wait until then to sell?
4b) is dubious. what if BTC doesn't fall down? How will you buy back your LTC? You will fall off the LTC wagon
