OK so I tried using Poloniex to flog some mined coins and they've decided to withhold my BTC for an unknown length of time. Does this site have "issues", is it Cryptsy 2.0? Can I expect my withdrawal to be "approved"? Will I run out of gas because I can't synchronize my Ethereum wallet because windows is demanding more physical RAM and I can't afford to buy more RAM?

I need some kind light wallet to access the key maybe??, fuck. Maybe I'll get lucky and mine enough ETH with all the defective MSI cards I got sold before my rustbucket piece of shit car falls to pieces or runs out of gas.

OMG fuck everybody, k thx.
You can try https://www.myetherwallet.com/ as light weight wallet for your ethereum that doesn't demand more ram  Grin

Polo can be trusted and i am using them for long time, you will get your withdrawal.

I like Exodus, it s a standard wallet which you can go offline, much safer then online stuff.

For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com

AFAIK poloniex will freeze your withdrawal if you not trade the coins CMIIW. Better to use offline wallet to save your coins rather than use online wallet or even exchange wallet service, there are always have possibility exchange like poloniex will be a cryptsy 2.0, we don't know.

I would agree with this, they provide you to hold your own private key and they looks professional.

How about generating your own bitcoin keypair ?

Have a look in github and you will find several ways to generate bitcoin private key and public key. Then just send what you mined to that address. they will be stored safely but you should print a page with the content of the private key, and a qrcode, just in case your computer gets hacked, burned, demolished.
Then when you want to spend them, just follow this guide : http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/5941/how-do-i-import-a-private-key-into-bitcoin-qt
when your transaction gets ~6 confirmations, you can then destroy the wallet.dat file, this way no one can access the wallet.
Re import when needed.

You can do this with ETH also from a browser console, or a terminal, so your datas are always safe as you don't provide your private key.

OK it's been like 10+ hours and Poloniex has decided to play games instead of sending me my BTC withdrawal.

You know I get edgy when I run out of money to buy coffee. I guess the bright side of this story is that I've mined enough coins on MSI's defective cards (they no longer function with windows drivers, the 4GB cards are all offline for RMA) in the 10+ hours I've waited to buy coffee and gas. A few more hours of waiting for my BTC while Polo plays games and I'll have enough for the RAM sticks windows is demanding.

Guess which exchange I'm not sending my coins to?

Good to hear that you got your BTC now. Its very rare to see that they hold someone's bitcoin for a very long time and then send it without any explanation. I've been with them for many months now and nothing like that happened to me. But, I recently heard some complains (few days ago) that they also have problems withdrawing their money from Polo. Though the website didn't provide any statement about that. Maybe they encountered some problems or maybe not, we will not know in the end.
