HTML5 whitelisted "bitcoin:"

With the html, now it is possible to code bitcoin address usage like, "bitcoin:1XXXX" .

for example,

• mailto:
• irc:
• geo:
• bitcoin:

after implemented, you can just choose a web-app to process "bitcoin:".
just like, you can choose gmail to process "mailto:"
