I am looking for hosting to run various services off of a Bitcoin daemon. My concern is that I will end up choosing a host that is hostile to Bitcoin.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Haven't used them yet but know many Bitcoin related sites are powered by them. And, of course, they accept Bitcoin!
