ICO is a new method of scamming people out of their money and getting rich for the new altcoins that are coming out. it has replaced the old way of doing a premine to make a lot of money from the dump. since people caught on to the premine scam now there is new method of scam called ICO.
instead of taking a huge risk which you can end up losing a lot of money in, try to buy those coins that have been around for a while and have some charts you can look at and find some real information about them.

It was simply an alternative. There are some good projects that are going ahead because of the funds that they receive during ICO. as always, it's important to do due diligence.

I would suggest getting into Bitcoin first and then trade into
