As some of you might know I was one of the recent people to be stolen from. Right after I created a new wallet and sent my remaining 0.1BTC ( Embarrassed ) to it. When I search the address I sent to that is copied and pasted from the client running my new wallet it shows the transaction, receiving the 0.1, but my client has still not got it.

Is there something else I have to do since I made a new wallet? :/

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

The new wallet won't show transactions to it until it has finished downloading the block chain.

I'm having the same problem. I am waiting for 11 BTC to arrive in my wallet but never came... I'm trying the wallet on a different computer and I will try that -rescan switch and let you know if it works  Huh

--EDIT: Waited for blockchain to finish. Took an hour or so. Got the transaction.

OK, what the hell? Now it's showing the address as having splitting the 0.1BTC up and sending it to 3 different addresses?

http://blockexplorer.com/address/15aUzzzm4rX9aRG9HaoEb7KffTNi9cvP1M

I didn't do this. It still hasn't showed up in my client. Wtf?

That page indicates that coins were combined from three different addresses to be received by 15aU...
