To buy, I'd say btc-e.com

To sell, mtgox.com

Is it hard to join/get verified for btc-e.com?

I heard it is hard when we try to withdraw money or btc.

Mtgox has a long waiting list to become verified but it is a painful procedure best started asap. Once verified though, it is really easy to trasnfer money to and from your real bank account regardless of the real world currency you want to deal in.

BTC-e is great for trading cryptocoins but only deals in US$, Euro and Russian Ruble - not to mention it is really hard and expensive to get real currency in or out.

I personally use BTC-e. It does take a little bit of work to get money to it, but it beats waiting over 2 weeks now to get verified on Mt. Gox.

I've signed up for BTC-e, but everytime I try to click a link it makes me relogin or it says that I'm unauthorized

Pretty easy to deposit and withdraw at Mt Gox if you get verified (took me a couple weeks).

Took me a couple of weeks to get verified by Mtgox too.
I live in a shared house and most of the utilities are not in my name.
