The whitepaper is a bit too long. I saw your medium post has some of the same contents too. IMHO just clean up the whitepaper and shorten it and it will be good to go

Agree with others - started reading the whitepaper, but it definitely is too detailed. I'm not saying it doesn't have its place - I'm sure the more technical minded people would be interested. But for the rest of us, including investors, we need a condensed version of the same. Infographics are great. Focusing on what INT is about.

Because those without ownership of artificial intelligence are those who will be at a disadvantage.

Is the project just a hypothesis?

No it is not,  it is just as real as the artificial intelligence that is now in self-driving cars and in the speech recognition on your phone.   

What is in it for Token holders?

Access to the Intuition Fabric gives them access to the AI capabilities.  In addition to that, privacy for users of the system.

Wants to bring academic research to the real world - academia not opensource friendly philosophy (reputation concern)

Target audience proposal:

Eastern European e.g Russian,Indians - have brains no incentives $ (maybe patriotic citizens who sick are sick of contributing to their former colonial masters or bullies like united states - not trying to be political but "what's a nation without borders?" - trump)

non elites who are seeing their income shrinks as those who owns capital are getting too much incentives for providing minimal service

p.s: this really is a very ambitious complicated project... it's like the https://www.thevenusproject.com/ level on blockchain it's more complicated than ethereum (my brain hurts lol)

The correct question is,  can you predict events better than everyone else. 

Me?  I didn't expect that question.  I personally cannot predict any future events but my SI algo:  DeepDream may be able to.  Never put it to any test against any other intuitive SI/AI.
