The woman lives in Hawaii making it difficult to avoid flight travel. She is an extremely brave person which is one of the reasons I have a lot of respect for her.
I don't know if Gabbard was offered a job in the Trump admin and declined. If so, she made a good decision. Now we can see pretty clearly that she would not have been able to make a difference.
