Can anyone confirm this? Because i think google docs lets admin of document to view all IP's that viewed that document.

Really? I didn't know that; but searching I found that the admin has some extended capabilities. If the OP has the permission to see my ip then I don't feel so comfortable to answer the questionnaire because some sensitive information are checked with red asterisk that is, as required.
