Why [XCR] Crypti Failed?

I find that Crypti devs are behind the LISK project. Can anyone suggest me why XCR got failed so hard,reason?
Is LISK another attempt from XCR devs to rob people of their valuables again? Initially XCR was also showing some development but in long run went waste and got de-listed from exchanges.

what are your suggestions and gut feeling? I am worried as i have invested a lot in LISK Huh

crypti didn't fail, it's more like a force takeover or you can call it a fire sale? i think lisk is too big to fail now but it probably will take a long long long long long time to get there.
i have seen somewhere lisk is still have crypti vision and mission.
