I have 3 6950's mining litecoin using cgminer. 2 of them get around 400 KH/s. The third one gets only 80 KH/s. How do I get the third one to get 400?

If all three are in the same machine, make sure your PSU is sufficient for all three cards.

I will NEVER ask for any kind of funds up front in a buy/sale of anything on bitcointalk.

I'm using a 1050W power supply so I don't think the power is a problem.

I also had problems with my 6950's doing really low hashrates. I had to switch places with two cards and reinstall the drivers for it to work Tongue

Please make a post in my Reputation Thread if we've had a successful trade.

did you make sure of the simple things like clock speeds are all the same for each card and all have intensity 18? What is your thread concurrency?

Intensities are all at 15.
Thread concurrencies are at 8192.

I'm running a monitor off of one of them through the DVI port.

SOLVED
Steps:

1. I uninstalled the AMD drivers/programs/anything related.
2. I uninstalled the microsoft things (some redistributable and .Net stuff)
3. I installed the driver
4. I installed the SDK

Now all three are getting good speeds.
