mt.gox > okpay ... withdrawal error

asked two withdrawals from mt.gox to okpay.. recived confirmation emails that transfers on the way...
but nothing recived on okpay..
than i looked in account history at mt.gox
and my withdrawal transfer they have status "error"

wtf it mean ?

support dont answer..

means there was an error in transferring your funds (most likely cause they're low on okpay funds themselves to credit you) support is backlogged for about 4days. So open a ticket and wait 4 days
